Lakeside Interior

The main floor consists of a foyer, a dining area that is open to the kitchen, a den with a TV/DVD player, and a large living room with a wood burning fireplace and picture windows with views of Lake Champlain and Vermont’s Green Mountains. Adjacent to the foyer is a utility room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator for beverages. The gaming room with ping-pong table, and the bunkroom are on the other side of the utility room. The kitchen features a 6 burner commercial Garland stove that makes cooking for a large group a joy. The large dining room table inside can comfortably seat 12 and if you cozy up, 17. Outside there is seating for 18 around two glass tables on the brick patio.
The den can serve as an extra bedroom with a convertible queen sofa.
The second floor consists of a master bedroom with queen and twin beds, a second bedroom that has two twins, a third bedroom with one queen, and a fourth bedroom with one twin. There are two full baths on the second floor, one with a shower/bath unit and one with a built in bathtub. The bunkroom on the main floor has one bunk bed and a twin futon on a folding frame.
The lower level studio apartment has queen and twin beds with an additional single futon on a folding wood frame. There are also two large sofas in the living room that have provided additional sleeping space when there is over-flow. |
