Camp Specifications & Inventory

What follows is a description of each room, the furniture and items of import. This is not meant as a comprehensive inventory nor should it be taken as fact. If you have any questions about any of this information please contact us.

Maid service is provided weekly, on Saturdays. At this time the house is cleaned, bedding washed and inventory taken. The yard is mowed as needed. A local number is provided in case of an emergency.

Front Porch and Lawn

• Round wooden table, chairs (6)
• Propane grill (new) with side burner
• Lawn chairs (4; more available in boathouse)
• Hammock
• Stairs to the beach

Living Room

• Colonial dining table with modern chairs (4; 6 if table is fully open)
• Arm chairs (4)
• Window desk, telephone and computer phone connection
• Sideboard - games, glasses, liquor cabinet, trays, coasters, etc.
• Tivoli FM stereo; CD player
• Fireplace - stove insert (glass window); wood box; tools

Kitchen

• Compact and efficient! Double stainless steel sink. All-electric - stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, small microwave, etc. Good storage, broom closet, pantry shelves, good pots, pans, dishes, glasses, tableware, cleaning gear.
• Adjacent to the covered kitchen entry is the laundry - stacked washer and dryer.

Master Bedroom

• Queen bed, two night tables with lamps; clock radio; telephone
• Chests of drawers (2); chair
• Closet, lighted
• Skylight; two windows, one facing the lake

Main Guest Bedroom

• Lake view
• Twin beds (2); single night table; reading lamps; clock radio
• Chest of drawers; small storage cupboard; antique chest
• Private half bath; closet

Third Bedroom

• Single beds; reading lamps; small chest between
• Chest of drawers; chair
• Closet

Other Amenities

• Swim float with ladder, anchored in front (depth about 7')
• Aluminum rowboat (capacity 3), canoe, and inflatable boat
• Lots of beach toys (in the boathouse)
